Joel Young, RLA, LEED GA
Market Lead, Development
As the Market Lead for Development at RETTEW, Mr. Young is responsible for overseeing the Land Planning and Design group of RETTEW’s Land Development team. He has 35 years of experience in landscape architecture and site planning. He has been responsible for work ranging from conceptual site planning and master planning to construction documents, including consultant coordination, budgets, public presentations, site designs, and project management.

David Morgan, RLA
Regional Practice Director, Planning & Design
Mr. Morgan has more than 35 years of land planning and landscape architecture experience in multiple markets including recreation, housing, educational, industrial, healthcare, and commercial. He specializes in all aspects of land planning and site analysis and has managed all phases of landscape architecture and site design. His expertise includes subdivision planning and site design, stormwater management, feasibility studies, land development planning, and recreation facility planning.

Eric Brinser, RLA
Team Lead
Mr. Brinser is a Land Development Team Lead at RETTEW with 30 years of experience with site planning and civil engineering projects, serving as a lead designer and project manager for a variety of subdivision, land development, and landscape architecture projects. He is experienced in subdivision and land development planning for industrial, commercial, and residential projects; and site design, including site layout, grading, and landscaping.

Matt Lokay, RLA
Team Lead
Mr. Lokay is a Land Development Team Lead at RETTEW with more than 20 years of experience in land development. He has extensive expertise in the design and management of projects spanning from the schematic design phase through construction. His skill set encompasses conceptual site planning, multimodal transportation design, stormwater permitting, erosion and sedimentation control, and construction documentation.

Paul McNemar, PE
Project Manager
Mr. McNemar is a Project Manager with more than 30 years of civil engineering experience in the municipal, transportation, and land development markets. He has extensive knowledge of stormwater management and conveyance, E&S pollution control, environmental permitting, transportation improvements, and construction operations brings valuable understanding of cost-effective construction, constructability, and quality control to projects.

Kim Fasnacht, LEED AP, PMP
Landscape Architect
Ms. Fasnacht is a Landscape Architect on RETTEW's Land Development team. She has 15 years of experience in managing the land development process, including laying out sites, designing land development plan sets, writing technical specifications, preparing construction cost estimates, and performing construction site inspections. As a project manager, Ms. Fasnacht applies her expertise in developing proposals; managing budget, schedule, and resources; and closing out projects.

Justin Russell, RLA
Land Planner
Mr. Russell is a Land Planner in RETTEW's Land Development team. He has close to 20 years of experience in various aspects of land planning, including community master planning, entrance monumentation, resort development, mixed-use development, parks and recreation, trail and trailhead design, and waterfront development. Mr. Russell prepares layout, grading, planting design, and detailed implementation plans. He regularly produces conceptual ideas, schematic plans, design development, construction documents, and graphic design for a variety of client types.

Landscape Architect
Mr. Beattie is a Landscape Architect on RETTEW's Land Development team. He has experience in various aspects of landscape designs land planning, and 3D visualization. His expertise includes mixed-use development, amenity center planning, parking lot layout and design, building facade remodeling, warehouse design, and detailed planting design. Mr. Beattie prepares layout, grading, and planting design, and specific detailed implementation plans. He regularly produces conceptual ideas, schematic plans, 3D visualization renderings, graphic designs, and construction documents for a variety of client types.
